To print a copy of the report, click the Print button from the History
Pick Dates criteria form; the report is sent to the default printer. (You
may also print a copy of the report from the onscreen preview window,
by using the print options in the report preview ribbon.)
Running the History by Item Report
The History by Item Report shows all transaction history for the selected
item, including the site, item ID (for check out items), transaction date,
transaction time, transaction type, location, order number, transaction bal-
ance, as well as the current site balance and the quantity on hand for all
sites. To run the History by Item Report, please refer to the instructions
that follow.
1. Select Reports > Reports > Check In-Out from the command tab bar.
The Reports form appears.
