Enter the item number in the Item # field.
4. Press the Tab key to reach the Alternate Item # field. If applicable,
enter the alternate item number for this item in this field.
5. Press the Tab key to reach the Description field and enter the item
description in this field.
6. Press the Tab key to reach the Mfr field. If applicable, select a manu-
facturer to associate with this item’s record. Click the drop-down arrow
to display the list of manufacturers from the Mfr Lookup form. Select
the manufacturer for this item to enter it in the Mfr field, or enter a new
manufacturer in this field, if you cannot find the item’s manufacturer
from the Mfr list. If you enter a new manufacturer into this field, it will
become part of the list of manufacturers in the Mfr Lookup form.
7. Press the Tab key to reach the Model field. If applicable, select a
model to associate with this item’s record. Click the drop-down arrow
to display the list of models from the Model Lookup form. Select the
model for this item to enter it in the Model field, or enter a new model
in this field, if you cannot find the item’s model from the Model list. If
you enter a new model into this field, it will become part of the list of
models in the Model Lookup form.
8. Press the Tab key to reach the Category field. If applicable, select a
category to associate with this item’s record. Click the drop-down
arrow to display the list of categories from the Categories Lookup
form. Select the category for this item to enter it in the Category field,
or enter a new category in this field, if you cannot find the item’s cate-
gory from the Category list. If you enter a new category in this field, it
will become part of the list of categories in the Category Lookup field.
