For Windows Server 2008, when the ISAPI-dll mapping are complete,
set the feature permissions. Click Edit Feature Permissions... under
Actions in the right pane of the window. The Edit Feature Permissions
window appears.
17. Make sure that the Read, Script, and Execute check boxes are marked.
18. In the left pane of the window, right-click on the Default Website
node; a right-click menu appears. Select Restart from the right-click
menu.
