From the Security tabbed area of the System Options form, select the
User ID that you would like to delete in the User Security section of
the form. Next, click the Delete button in the User Security section of
the form:
A dialog appears, asking you if you want to delete this user:
2. Click Yes to delete the user. The User ID is deleted from the User ID
list, and the user is removed from the system. (To cancel deleting this
user, click No.)
