To define the User1 field in the Item Data form/User Defined tab,
select Tools > Setup > Language from the ribbon. The Language form
appears.
3. At the Language form, click the Form Prompts tab to bring this tab to
the front.
Item User 1 is the
User-defined field
selected from the
list.
Enable Prompt Check Box
Save button
